GHAMIN is a dietary supplement composed of a whey protein isolate concentrate, which has the highest biological value of any protein, free amino acids (L-Arginine, L-Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-Tryptophan, L-Taurine, L-Cystine, L-Hydroxyproline, and L-Citrulline), L-Carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6, and zinc.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones; it is the major source of building material throughout our body: muscles, internal organs, skin, etc.
Scientific studies show that intake of serum protein and certain amino acids such as L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, L-Citrulline, and L-Taurine induces synthesis of GH, the growth hormone. In the literature GH is classically defined as “a metabolic hormone that induces hyperglycemia, lipolysis and protein anabolism and induces the expression of many other growth factors (mainly insulin-like growth factor or IGF-I) and has direct effects on cell proliferation and differentiation.”
Increased GH results in muscle and bone trophism in adults and inhibition of adipogenesis, stimulated conversely by insulin and estrogen, resulting in mobilization of fat from hormone-dependent areas.

METHOD OF USE.
The ordinary food ration may be supplemented by taking one sachet dissolved in room temperature or warm water, other liquids or yogurt before meals. Modest amounts of coffee, bitter cocoa and various flavorings can be added to improve palatability. The use of an immersion blender is recommended for perfect solubilization.
WARNINGS
In case of prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, in pregnancy and under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
