Personal contact information, requested in order to ask a question to our Experts, will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this site.
The “Write to Our Experts” service does not provide advice that is a substitute for the advice of your primary care physician and in no way constitutes a remote medical examination.
In order to avoid any negative or positive publicity to any nutraceutical and in compliance with current regulations, the Expert may not comment on a specific nutraceutical or the active ingredient of a nutraceutical, but may instead refer to the therapeutic class to which that nutraceutical belongs. For the same reasons, the Expert will not be able to answer questions containing trade names of nutraceuticals or active ingredients.
Also, the following will not be provided:
- References to active ingredients and/or trademarks of other nutraceuticals.
- Personalized diet plans.
- Diagnosis of any kind (cannot be diagnosed without a thorough medical examination).
- Hypothetical judgments about the work of other professionals belonging to the medical class.
- Any other information contrary to the above or contrary to current regulations.
In addition, we remind you that it is absolutely forbidden to include in the text of the question addressed to the Expert in writing: personal data (e.g., patient’s first and/or last name), references and/or information that could lead back to the patient or other persons.
